INITIAL CONSULTATION AND
ASSESSMENT
There is no charge for an initial consultation
(by phone or in person) to discuss the case. There
may be a modest charge if the client asks for an
initial evaluation of the case, such as a review
of the decisions in the trial court, the grounds
for appeal; the prospects of winning on appeal,
or the like.
